MA Series (MA8, MA18, MA21, MA23)

The MA series is hydraulic clamped. The evenness in clamping force is its chief feature. The machines in this series are compact.

General Purpose

The MA series is designed for making small parts. The smallest screw is 14 mm in diameter,
giving a PS shot weight of 5.5 g.

The series is hydraulic clamped. The evenness in clamping force is its chief feature.
At less than 3 meter in length, the machines in this series are compact. They can be located in a
laboratory upstairs.

The smallest in the series is MA8. It is less than 2 m long and has a 14 mm diameter screw. It
takes a mould 100 mm x 100 mm in size. A servomotor version MA8-S is available.

The MA18 is bigger. It is based on fixed displacement pump. The most popular application is in
making colour chips for colour matching colourant or master batch. As it is not used for
production, energy saving is not important.

MA18 in a laboratory

The MA23 is an upgrade of the MA18. It is based on variable displacement pump. A servomotor version is available. GB (Chinese safety standard) and CE (European safety standard) are available. It can replace Boy 22 and Arburg 25-ton machines. Use of this model in college teaching and university research is popular.

The MA21 is a smaller version than MA23 in terms of screw diameter and shot weight. The smallest screw is 16 mm in diameter with a PS shot weight of 11 g.

The MA21-M is a precision version using Moog valve as the injection servo valve. It is also high speed. The drive is servomotor.
